Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more kosher salt, and serve immediately.

So fast and easy to do! And if you think you hate Brussels sprouts, try them like this before you make up your mind.

Additional Comments:
Jojodancer - I totally agree. These made me love brussel sprouts! Don't forget the salt though.

Kyle - LOVE LOVE LOVE these!!!! I make them at least once a week. I usually halve the sprouts to make them extra crispy.

Kat - also great on the grill~make a boat out of tinfoil and pour some olive oil add the brussel sprouts and season, close up tinfoil, give a little shake and grill (closed up)I check mine with a fork.
