Roasted Aparagus with Parmesan


Pre-heat oven to 400F

Wash asparagus in cold water and remove the ends (either by snapping or cutting off ~1inch at bottom)

Spread asparagus on a aluminium foiled lined cookie tray and drizzle with olive oil (you don't need too much, maybe a tbsp).

Spread olive oil evenly over the asparagus with your hands. (This step gets a little messy)

Spread oiled asparagus evenly out on tray and salt and pepper to taste

Cook aspagagus for ~15 minutes (depends on how thick the asparagus are).

Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve
