Arrange beans in a single layer on a cookie sheet (or as close to a single layer as you can get) and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Roast in oven at 375 degrees, turning beans with a spatula after 10 minutes. Continue to roast until they have that nice brownish roasted color.

Buy fresh green beans or pick them from your garden. The frozen ones don't work well with this one unless you completely thaw them and completely dry them. Even then, they turn out really wimpy and sorty of mealy in consistency.
