Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8oz
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cups water
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
Directions:
Brown meat and drain, add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on LOW all day. Add seasoned salt while cooking.
Servings: LOTS!
Time to Prepare: 10 minutes plus cooking time
