Lasagna Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 cup uncooked whole wheat pasta
- 28 oz diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 4 cup water
- 1 medium onion diced
- minced garlic to taste (I use alot!!)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic (can use olive oil). Add meat and saute until browned. Add diced tomatoes, water, and seasonings: simmer a few minutes. Add pasta and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Top with cheese and croutons if you like.
Servings: 8
Time to Prepare: 20 minutes
Nutritional Information: WW points 4 per serving- add more for croutons and cheese
