Zesty Party Crackers
Ingredients:
- 3 sleeves of saltine crackers
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1 package Ranch dressing mix
- 3 heaping teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 to 3 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients with the oil in a bowl. Make sure there aren't any lumps. Put all the saltines in a gallon sized zip-lock bag. Pour the oil mixture over the crackers in the bag. Close the bag and turn it to coat all crackers. Once they are all coated, let them sit for 10 minutes....then toss again to coat any crackers that aren't coated. Transfer to a plastic container with a lid and that's it!! They are addicting!! Please try these!

These are extremely addicting! Please feel free to adjust the heat in this recipe...I personally only use 1T of red pepper flakes, which is plenty for my family.
