Miniature Skewers with Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Fresh Basil
Ingredients:
- 24 grape tomatoes
- 24 fresh mozzarella balls
- 24 toothpics
- 1 pkg. fresh basil, blanched and cut into small pieces
- Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Layer tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella onto toothpics. Drizzle olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the top. Top with salt and pepper.
