Sweet and Spicy Nuts


In a large bowl, beat egg white and water until frothy. Add nuts and coat them by stirring and lifting.

In a small bowl, mix sugar, salt and spices together. Pour mixture over the nuts, stirring and lifting until the nuts are well coated. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 275 for an hour. Separate the nuts while cooling on a brown grocery bag. Store in an airtight container.

(The grocery bag is a necessity- with the cooling sugar these nuts will stick hard to anything else.)

Time to Prepare: 1 hr 10 minutes, including baking time
