Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:
De-seed and dice up tomatoes

Finely chop: onion, cilantro, mango and jalapeno pepper

Toss the above into a bowl and squeeze lime juice on top.

Toss the above, add s/p to taste and put in the fridge for at least an hour to chill and let the flavors merry.

Servings: In my house? Maybe two! However you normally serve 4-6 with it.
Time to Prepare: 10 minutes
Nutritional Information: zero fat!
