Colleen's Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can white corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes- garlic, basil and oregano flavored
- 1 can diced tomatoes and chilis (such as Rotel)
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 3/4 bottle (8 oz) Italian dressing
Directions:
Mix all ingredients at least 1 hour before serving.
Servings: LOTS
Time to Prepare: 5 minutes plus time for marinating
