Buffalo Chicken Dip


Boil chicken approximately 15 minutes. Drain and shred.

Mix shredded chicken and hot sauce. Place in shallow baking dish (I use a pie dish).

Combine cream cheese and blue cheese in a pot over medium heat. Stir frequently until hot and well mixed (creamy). Put cheese mixture over chicken.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes @ 350 degrees. Top with cheddar cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Serve with celery, triscuits, pita chips.

Susan - A friend of mine has passed this recipe on and it is ALWAYS a hit at parties!! We serve it with tostitos scoops.. If you want to make it look "fancy".. Just make up the mixture and cook for the 20 min at 350.. Then scoop some of it onto each individual scoop, top with a little of cheese on each scoop and put on a cookie sheet in the oven for a few minutes to let the cheese melt.. take them out and place them on a platter or a tier.. worked great for a baby shower!
