Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (32oz) frozen loose hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup cheese for top
Directions:
Combine the shredded cheese, chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, butter, salt & pepper. Mix well. Fold in thawed hash browns. Turn mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese over mixture. Bake 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown.
