Cranberry Mallow Salad
- 1 can (16 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 c whipped topping
In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, marshmallows, pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping. Transfer to a serving dish. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

I used light CoolWhip in this with no difference in taste.
