Additional Comments:

Cheryl - This is very reminiscent of a recipe I loved from a restaurant that has been out of business for years. I add some roughly chopped garlic for a few minutes before I add the sauce - otherwise, I prepare exactly how it's written. This is an easy compromise for us and the kids - I make regular sauce for them. Everyone is happy!
