Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo


Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente; drain.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saute pan. Saute garlic and onion over medium heat until tender. Add shrimp and cook until just pink, being careful not to overcook. Add alfredo sauce, lemon juice, and parsley, stirring to combine and warm sauce.

Place pasta in a serving dish and cover with shrimp sauce. Sprinkle

This recipe is so quick and easy with truly restaurant quality results - perfect for company. And I of course recommend a bottle of Frog's Leap Chardonnay to accompany the dish. Mmmmmmmm.

Note: using the "parsley in a tube" in a pinch saves even more time and makes no noticeable difference in this recipe.
