Salmon Steaks
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- Black pepper
- 4 salmon steaks
Directions:
Combine 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil leaves, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes; mix until blended. Spread top of 4 salmon steaks with half of butter mixture and sprinkle with black pepper. Grill or broil; turn halfway through cooking and spread with remaining butter mixture.

Dellaina - We just had this for dinner tonight, it was wonderful! I doubled the butter mixture amount for 6 salmon fillets, and added a little sea salt. I spread the whole lot on the tops of the fillets, didn't flip them during baking. So so tasty.
