Honey-Glazed Salmon


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In small bowl stir together honey, garlic and cayenne pepper. Set aside.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle with oil and lay salmon, skin side down, on oil. Drizzle salmon with oil and spread evenly over surface. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour honey mixture evenly over salmon and return pan to oven. Bake 10 minutes more (or to your desired "doneness"), occasionally spooning honey mixture from pan back over salmon.
