Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon


Take the skin off the the large salmon plank.

In bowl mix all the ingredients. The mixture should be inbetween thick and runny with a medium consistency. Let the salmon soak in the mixure for around 2 hours.

Set your oven to 400 degrees.

In a dish add salmon and glaze it with some of the mixture but not all. Add a little bit of water to the pan to keep it moist. Cook for around 40minutes but check it because salmon cooks fast. Make sure you glaze it with the mixture periodically.
