Broiled Sea Bass with Pineapple-Chili-Basil Glaze


Preheat broiler.

Combine first five ingredients and 1/4 t salt in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the fillets with 1/2 t salt and black pepper. Place the fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 minutes. Remove from the oven; brush fillets evenly with the glaze. Return to the oven; broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

I've made this with both sea bass and grouper. I prefer sea bass, but it's good with either fish.
