Rigatoni with Sausage and Parsley


In a large skillet over medium high heat until brown (about 5 minutes); crumble.

Reduce heat to medium, add the onions and cook until the onions are caramelized and the sausage is cooked through, 10-12 minutes. Add the broth, cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al-dente per the package instructions. Drain, return to the pot.

Add the sausage mixture, parsley, and parmesan to the pasta; toss to combine.

Servings: 6

This was a great recipe, minus the overabundance of parsley. Cut it back and it will be great! A nice change from the basic pasta and tomato sauce dinner!
