Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing
- 3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing (not instant)
- 1 (12 oz) jar pork gravy
- 1 med onion, sliced 1/8" thick
- 4 pork loin chops, either bone-in or boneless, about 1 1/2 lbs
- 1 medium red apple, sliced
Heat oven to 375*. Spray 12 x 8 or 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place stuffing cubes in dish; stir in gravy.
Top with onion, pork chops and apple. Cover with foil.
Bake 40 minutes. Uncover; bake for 10 mins more or until pork is no longer pink in the center
Time to Prepare: 5 minutes not including baking time. Seriously.
