Pork and Rice


Heat an elctric skillet to medium once hot place pork chops and cook most of the way through. Meanwhile combine the rest of the ingredents in a bowl. I just eyeball the rice the more you put in the thicker the "sauce" will be and the less the thinner it will be. Pour the mixture over the chops, cover, and cook until the rice is done.

Servings: 4 depends on the number of chops

This is Jeremy's favorite dish. It is hard to put directions down since it is eyeballed each time.
