Pork and Beans


Brown the chops in a skillet. Season with onion powder and black pepper.

Pour the pork & beans over them and simmer for about 15-20 minutes while you get the rest of dinner ready.

I like to serve these with stovetop stuffing, sliced carrots and applesauce. Carrots just look nice on the plate. Any veggie will do.

Servings: depends how many chops you have
Time to Prepare: half hour

This is quick and easy to make after work. The chops stay moist in the beans so it's a good one if your family eats at different times.
