Place biscuits into cups of muffin tin. Press each biscuit down into bottom about 1/4-inch thick, then press biscuit up the sides to form crust.
Place 2 Tbsp. shredded pork into each biscuit. Top with 1 tsp. cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until biscuit edges are golden brown.

This is really quick and tasty. I use Grands and the frozen Lloyds barbecue. I have also substituted scrambled egg for the barbecue and served at breakfast.
