Tortellini Carbonara


Cook tortellini in Dutch oven according to package directions; drain tortellini, and set aside.

Cook bacon in same pan until crisp; remove bacon and drain on paper towels, reserving 1.5 T drippings in pan. Crumble bacon.

Cook garlic in reserved drippings 30 seconds.

Return tortellini to pan, add bacon, Parmesan cheese, and remaining three ingredients to tortellini; toss gently. Serve immediately.
