No-Bake Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 box (14-16oz) pasta (shells, spirals, bowtie, etc.)
- 2 T (rounded) flour
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T margarine or buter
- 2 - 2 1/4 cups milk
- Appox 1/3 bar of Velveeta (11oz)
In sauce pan, melt butter or margarine. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to melted butter or margarine and stire into a paste. Add milk in a small amount at a time so there are no lumps. Het, stirring constantly until the milk thickens. Add cheese. Set aside.
Boil pasta according to directions; drain. Combine with cheese sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Servings: 4 as a main dish
