No-Bake Macaroni and Cheese


In sauce pan, melt butter or margarine. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to melted butter or margarine and stire into a paste. Add milk in a small amount at a time so there are no lumps. Het, stirring constantly until the milk thickens. Add cheese. Set aside.

Boil pasta according to directions; drain. Combine with cheese sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Servings: 4 as a main dish
Time to Prepare: 15 minutes

It's hard to find a mac & cheese recipe that's not baked! Brook has "issues" with baked mac & cheese, and this is a great alternative to the boxed stuff!
