Amazingly delicious--easy, but totally company worthy. Works great to make ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake (just make sure to undercook the pasta a bit). I use penne pasta with this if I can't find ziti. This can also be put together and frozen (before baking), then thawed and baked later. My family likes it with sweet Italian sausage; if you prefer ground beef, that's also delicious.

Jennifer2 - This recipe was great! We used Hot Italian Sausage instead of mild but it still was yummy!!!! Way to go, Cristin! Keep those good recipes coming!

Betsy - This dish is great for taking to a friend who just had a baby or had surgery- it freezes well and has received rave reviews from everyone I've gifted it to. I'll divide it in 2 and take one pan, keeping the other for us and everyone has plenty to eat!

Anonymous - I just had a request for this dish from someone who ate it at my home almost two years ago - and remembered it! It's that good. Make two and put one in the freezer.
