Baked Longhorne Macaroni and Cheese


Cook your noodles first until tender.

In a rectangle pan first coat with butter and then a nice layer of the longhorne cheese. Then start layering the noodles, little bit of butter, little bit of milk, another layer of cheese, noodles, butter, milk, cheese and on and on. Top it with a layer of cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.

Servings: 8-10

The more cheese the better. Don't add too much butter or milk or it will make it too runny and it want this dish more firm.
