Lime Ginger Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp grated horseradish
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Cover jar tightly and shake well. Store sauce in refridgerator until ready to use. Shake well before using.
Servings: Makes 3/4 cup
