Place the pumpkin puree in a large bowl and stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and honey. Add the eggs, then stir in the cornstarch, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the cream.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie shell. Bake until the edges of the filling are firmly set, but the center jiggles slightly when shaken, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow the pie to cool to room temperature and serve.
