Great-Grandma's Old-Fashioned Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

Icing Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Dissolve soda in sour cream and add to mixture. Add vanilla. Sift in flour and salt. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Flour area, roll out dough, cut out and bake for 8-10 mins. Decorate and frost as desired.

I use this icing...(I never color it but I'm pretty sure you could)

Mix together 2 c powdered sugar, 1/6 c butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Add milk to desired thickness.

Servings: I'm thinking 3-4 dozen but thats just from memory. No promises.
Time to Prepare: Its a little time intensive.

I love these but you have to make sure not to overcook. Also, they are not super sweet.
