Eggnog Spice Cake


Prepare the spice cake mix according to the package directions, but substitute water with an equal amount of eggnog. Bake in a prepared bundt pan according to package directions. Let cake cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and 2-3 T of eggnog. Drizzle over the cake. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. Slice and serve.

Kyle - This cake is FABULOUS! I made it for a holiday party and it was so moist and tasty. The eggnog gives it a nice, subtle flavor--not too overpowering. It was a HUGE HIT!

Laura - I was at the party that Kyle brought this to. It was such a hit that my boyfriend has been asking me for a year to try to get the recipe!
