Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (6 oz) semi- sweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Whisk together first three ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat and cook, whisking constantly for five minutes. Remove pan from heat, whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
