Chocolate Brownie Waffles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pancake/ waffle mix ( I used Bisquick)
- 3 Tbs unsweetned cocoa
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 C chocolate chips
- 1/3 C finely chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2C milk
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat waffle maker. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet to dry and stir until just blended. Let batter sit 5 mins. Pour desired amount into waffle maker and bake until steaming stops, approx 4 mins. Serve with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

We don't like nuts, so I left them out. So yummy.... really more like dessert than breakfast.
