Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix Bisquick, cheese, garlic salt, and paprika in a gallon size zip top bag.
Dip approx. half of the strips in the egg and then place in the bag and shake. Place them on the cookie sheet. Repeat with the rest of the chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.
Bake for 14 min. turning them over halfway through. Check that the centers are no longer pink.

I use skinless, boneless chicken tenders rather than cutting up the chicken breasts. I use about 10-12 of them. I also made this recipe without the paprika since I had none, and it was delicious. This is another recipe my kids love!
Nicole - We love this recipe - thanks Tracy! When I use 3 chicken breasts I have to double the recipe (except for the parm). Delicious! And it is even great the next day cold - like for a picnic lunch. Yummo!
