I love love love this chicken, it's great with teriyaki noodles or rice.
Dellaina - Also quite wonderful in a 9x13 pan with the marinade poured over it, baked uncovered at 425 until the chicken is done. Just in case you forgot to put the chicken in to marinate earlier in the day. ;-) I subbed olive oil, too, and loved it.
Laura's Erin - One of my fave marinades because I always have the ingredients handy. Also a really good stir-fry marinade - just throw chicken and veggies into a wok and you're good to go!
