Ingredients:
In a small mixing bowl combine corn flake crumbs and parsley, set aside
In another small mixing bowl combine yogurt, garlic and Worchestershire sauce and pepper
Brush chicken with yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with crumb mixture
Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and arrange chicken in pan. Bake, uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Makes six servings.

My changes: I buy a whole chicken and cut it up, reserving the backbone and wings for another use, such as broth or soup. I use a lot more corn flakes and adjust the parsley accordingly. I also use the whole little container of yogurt and adjust the seasonings accordingly. I still use just one clove of garlic, but I eyeball the Worchestershire sauce- I end up throwing away some of the yogurt mixture, but it’s easier to work with if you have more. Instead of sprinkling the corn flakes on top, I put them in a low-sided bowl and press the chicken into the corn flakes until well coated.
