Betsy - I also cut the breasts into strips and I substituted palin low-fat yogurt for the butter to dip the chicken in before breading them. It was just as good as when I made it with butter but less caloric. This is yummy- my toddler scarfed it up.
Dellaina - Oh man oh man. This is a new favorite. I used a 3-pound bag of frozen chicken tenders (thawed, of course) instead of whole breasts. I had to lay them out in a 9x13 AND an 8x8, but they cooked up in the oven at the indicated temp and time. The parmesan is an incredibly nice touch. I... I... I just can't say enough about this recipe. The family raved all night about it.
Mummy - This was soooo yummy! I also cut the chicken into strips & the were great. My husband liked the crunchiness of it & my kids actually liked it too (they are very picky). Thanks. I love this site & will use it when I get tired of the same old same old.
Tina - This has become a new fav in our home! It is kid friendly and guest worthy. Everyone I serve it to loves it... I've even caught people eating out of the baking dish!
