Lime Chicken Tacos

Directions:
Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine lime juice and chili powder. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 5 - 6 hours or until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred and return to slow cooker. Stir in corn and salsa. Cover and cook on low for 30 min. or until heated through. Serve in tortillas with sides as desired.

Servings: Yield: 12 tacos

Desiree - Tried this on my sons soccer night due to time constraintes, it turned out awesome! It was so easy to do before i left for work. I jazzed it up a bit by replaceing the chilli powder with taco sauce.
