Cut up chicken, turkey, or beef and place in pan. Add vegetables. Pour and spread soup over vegetables. Cut butter into pats and lay on top of soup. Pour broth over all. Sprinkle thyme leaves and onion powder over soup layer.
In separate bowl, mix Bisquick and milk. Pour over chicken mixture. Finish by sprinkling Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned.

This is a very quick and easy recipe that looks messy but works wonderfully.
Becky - This was a really easy delicious recipe. A little runny right out of the oven but that didnt affect the nummy taste. Great leftovers. When i cooked the chicken ahead of time I made sure to salt and pepper them to give them added flavor.
