Crunchy Baked Chicken
- Chicken pieces or boneless breasts (4-6)
- Corn flakes
- Parmesan cheese (amount depends on how much chicken) I usually use about 1/2 cup or so
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- melted butter about 1/2-1 stick
Heat oven to 350.
Crush cornflakes and add parmesan cheese and spices. I do this is a zip loc baggie. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes for boneless and 45-60 for chicken pieces.
