Cream Cheese Chicken Lasagna


Boil Chicken then shred (your choice of spices).

Save broth.

Mix together all ingredients (except 1/2 of cheese).

Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of broth to mixture to make it creamier.

Layer Mix, Cheese, Noodles (I finished with Noodles and then covered with more cheese).

Bake at 350, 30 mins with foil over top, then 10-15 mins with foil removed.

Can be made ahead and frozen.

Servings: A TON!! An absolute TON!
Time to Prepare: About an hour to prepare and then 45 mins to cook

I never knew what size bag of cheese they wanted so I just eye it. Also...boil the lasagna noodles as directed on the package. I tried just baking them (even the oven ready ones) and it did not work out!

Cristin - A big hit at our house--I made it for company, and they specially requested it when they had a new baby.

Nellana - This is very good. Delaina loved it and wanted more.

Nellana - I have started putting spinach in a layer and it is really good.

Cathy - I loved this I added a can of mixed peas and Carrots to the meat filling. I also added a layer of bread crumbs sauteed with butter to the top for a little crunch!
