Chicken Casserole


Pre heat oven to 325.

Boil chicken for about 15-20 mins or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Cut up or pull apart chicken into bit size peices

Place chicken in a 13x9 in baking dish. open and pour both bags of rice over chicken. Pour chicken broth over chicken and rice. Next mix cream of celery and cream of chicken soups together. Pour over chicken, rice and broth in baking dish. Use a spoon to evenly distribute. Prepare stuffing per box instructions then layer on top of product in baking dish. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 mins then enjoy!

This is a big hit in my home. i have been enjoying this since i was a kid and my family loves it too!

Additional Comments:
AJ - I would almost use 2 cans of the cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery to make it a bit more creamy. It was easy and yummy!
