Chicken-Artichoke-Mushroom Casserole


Melt butter in saucepan; stir in gravy packet, gradually add milk, stirring until thickened and smooth.

Add red pepper, garlic, and cheese and stir until smooth.

Blend in chicken, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and pour into a 2 quart casserole.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Servings: 6

I used dry bread (homemade bread crumbs) to top the casserole and it gave it a little something extra.
