- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 8 strips of bacon (raw)
Soften cream cheese, add chopped green onions. Mix well. Pound and flatten chicken breasts, drop a heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in middle of each breast, pulling up each side. Wrap with bacon strips and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle with course black pepper. Bake at 375 uncovered for 30-40 minutes. Brown under broiler for last ten minutes.

KJ - This was really good and so simple! instead of the onions i got green onion cream cheese :) my husband LOVES anything with bacon so this was a great way to get him to eat chicken :-D
