Ingredients:
Chop sliced mushrooms (again, as much/little as you prefer.)
Dust each side of chicken breasts with flour (you can also cut breasts into strips if you prefer.)
Saute green onions and mushrooms over med-high heat in a pan with butter.
In skillet, melt butter and add chicken. Cook chicken (it will have a golden brown breading on the outside.)
Add 3/4 jar of apricot preserves to onion/mushroom saute. Lower heat to med-low. Stir occasionally.
When chicken is done, move each breast to a plate and cover with the apricot/onion/mushroom sauce.
Enjoy!

This is a very easy, non-measured recipe. You can make as little or as much as you want, or change or add ingredients according to taste!
Additional Comments:
Robyn W - I did not like this recipe at all. It was all watered down so the chicken didn't get glazed at all. This dish would be much better cooked in the oven where you can baste the chicken and it would be glazed.
