Ham Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 3/4 cup cooked ham (crumbled cooked sausage is good too)
- 4 T sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
Add ham to flour. Stir in sour cream, cheese and milk. Fill mini muffin pans that have been well greased. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
