Cream Cheese Coffeecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
Filling:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
Directions:
Lay 1 can rolls in 9x13 pan. Spread filling over this. Lay on second layer of rolls. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes oruntil light brow. Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over cooked rolls.
Servings: 8-12
