- 3 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup water
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add water and oil. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Make 12 balls of dough. Use a rolling pin or your hands to make them flat. Spray a nonstick pan with vegetable oil, cook each tortilla over medium heat for 2 minutes. At this point, you may turn over and add shredded cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
