Ingredients:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast, salt, honey and oil in 1 c warm water. Let stand 5 minutes or until frothy. Add three of the *1/4 c ingredients, the whole wheat flour and mix well. If necessary, add a little water to make the dough easier to handle.
Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise 1-2 hours until double in bulk. (I have never actually had it rise until it was double in bulk. It’s good anyway.) Bake at 325* for an hour. Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
Time to Prepare: A couple of hours- it's bread!

Very dense, slightly sweet bread. Makes wonderful toast.
